The Clients For Life Program was born out of a need for agents to stay top of mind with clients in a personal but not pushy way. Agents wanted a more organic and authentic way to stay in touch with their sphere of influence, which created a really fun challenge for The Studio.
The Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® name is well-recognized, but the brand identity and design were dated and out of step with the new Coldwell Banker® brand design and logo. Our challenge was to maintain the power and integrity of this successful brand while enhancing and updating its graphic appeal and ultra-luxury presence.
The Studio has long been a partner in its clients’ recruiting efforts, and we have decades (if not centuries) of combined experience in helping brands and brokerages attract new agents. In 2020, we launched a recruiting campaign that focused on Coldwell Banker Realty’s unique agent value proposition.
When the Coldwell Banker® brand launched its new TV ad, which told the story of how Coldwell Banker has been “guiding you home since 1906,” it led to several creative opportunities for The Studio.
