The Studio was founded in 2017, drawing from the regional marketing teams of Coldwell Banker NRT, which is now Coldwell Banker Realty, Anywhere Real Estate’s company-owned brokerage. The regional teams became national in scope and served the product, strategy and creative needs of the 26 local companies of Coldwell Banker NRT. In our first year, we launched:
Workfront, a leading project management system, enabling us to collaborate across the country and create efficiencies.
Moxi Present®, a real estate comparative market analysis tool, to 45,000+ agents nationwide, along with Coldwell Banker NRT’s first unified national listing presentation.
Listing Concierge, a new platform providing personalized property marketing to agents, in select markets.
A pilot test of Design Concierge, a personal branding platform enabling agents to select a variety of semi-custom and custom creative products.
Publicly launched The Studio with a new website and national press release.
Began supporting the Coldwell Banker brand, designing arena and special event signage for its Generation Blue event in Las Vegas.
Supported Anywhere Real Estate lines of business, including the launches of RealSure®, RealVitalize® and SPARK.
Launched Listing Concierge, Design Concierge and the Core 4 value proposition to Coldwell Banker NRT agents nationwide.
Won 3 national ANA B2 awards for Listing Concierge, Clients For Life and the launch of The Studio.
The Coldwell Banker brand named The Studio as its in-house agency on retainer.
The Studio supported Coldwell Banker NRT on its rebranding to Coldwell Banker Realty, redesigning all marketing assets for 26 regional companies with the new name and new Coldwell Banker North Star logo.

Helped Coldwell Banker brand pivot with Covid outbreak, producing new consumer eBlast and postcard campaigns and supporting launch of Education Expos.

The Product Studio spun off to become part of Anywhere Real Estate’s product team. A few months later, The Strategy Studio, comprised of Coldwell Banker Realty’s field marketing, events and awards teams, became part of Coldwell Banker brand. These shifts enabled The Studio to fully focus on creative marketing and acting as the thein-house agency for Anywhere brands.
Won national GOLD awards from the Association of National Advertisers and In-House Agency Forum for the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury brand identity guide.
Named Agency of Record for Coldwell Banker Commercial.
Developed Coldwell Banker Commercial's brand identity standards and ad campaign.
