Exclusive Marketing Opportunities for Luxury Properties

The Studio’s luxury team supports Coldwell Banker Realty’s Media Concierge program, which provides special property marketing for $10 million+ listings targeting a highly selective, affluent audience. Our team concepted the program and implements it by promoting these properties in digital, print media and even on television. Some properties receive as much as $20K in company-paid promotional value and over 3.6 million impressions to an affluent consumer and target audience. The Media Concierge team also coordinates and places agent-paid marketing, further enhancing their exceptional service and ability to target each property’s unique audience. The marketing assets have proven so valuable that the program grew by 39% in 2021, a figure that was quickly surpassed midway through 2022 – a remarkable accomplishment since there have been fewer listings on the market this year.

Crafting Award-Winning Branding and Design

When the Coldwell Banker® brand unveiled its new North Star logo, the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program tapped The Studio to over haul its luxury branding with a fresh new logo and design style. Our goal was to ensure the brand stands out from all luxury brands and categories that are vying for attention – not just other real estate brands.

While maintaining the integrity and power of the brand, we elevated its graphic appeal and accentuated its luxury presence. Driven to exceed luxury work by the competition, our designers created an identity standards guide that established the style and tone for image selection, typestyles, composition and voice, which included the new tagline, “Prestige. Pedigree. Power. The Global Luxury difference.” We applied these elements to an array of fresh marketing products that all speak in one voice and exude the luxury lifestyle.

 

The new brand identity standards guide that we designed was honored with two national GOLD awards from the Association of National Advertisers and the In-House Agency Forum.

Dazzling Luxury Event Marketing

The International Luxury Alliance is a powerful network of real estate agents who rank among the most accomplished and esteemed high-end specialists from Coldwell Banker, The Cocoran Group and Hamptons International. The Studio produces all the group’s marketing to support its special events, as well as creating a private networking website for agents and an ad recognizing members for The Wall Street Journal.

When Coldwell Banker Global Luxury began planning its first international agent event, the Engage Luxury Summit, it turned to The Studio to create captivating event marketing. Starting with the overall event branding and logo, we produced everything from event signage and invitations to a website, presentations and social media assets. Inspired by the palatial estates and glamorous retreats sold by their agents, we used striking photography paired with bold copy to communicate the brand’s achievements and capabilities, setting the tone for this prestigious event.

 

Redesigning Luxury Magazines

Homes & Estates Magazine is touted as “the ultimate guide to fine living around the globe” by the Coldwell Banker brand and geared towards refined readers. We were tapped to give it an elevated look to further engage a discerning audience. Our design team is responsible for the magazine’s redesign and brand-new logo, which debuted this summer.

When Coldwell Banker Global Luxury needed their annual report on luxury trends to be designed, they turned to The Studio. Drawing on our team’s deep magazine and editorial design experience, we created the sleek and beautiful publication, The Trend Report, which launched at the Coldwell Banker Generation Blue Experience recently in Phoenix.
