The Devil is in the Details

Working for The Studio’s copywriting team is detailed — very detailed. You wouldn’t think creating marketing pieces like brochures, property templates, email signatures or business cards would be too complicated, but it’s much more complex than it seems. With Design Concierge, Coldwell Banker® affiliated agents have a personalized branding tool at their fingertips to make sure they stand out among the competition, and we’ve got a great team of copywriters dedicated to checking all the details. We make sure agents leave potential clients with a good first impression, not a glaring error. Rather than worry about being compliant with regional requirements or making a typo, agents can focus on the message they want to send.

How do we do it? For starters, there’s the copywriting team’s awesome Design Concierge Communications Style Guide, which contains meticulous detail as to corporate claims, proper disclaimers, industry stats, local legal requirements — and many other very important things. The guide is thoughtfully written and regularly reviewed to ensure accuracy and up-to-date content. It helps maintain consistency among the copywriting team as well. We also follow the AP Stylebook as a resource for those pesky writing dilemmas, so agents don’t have to fret about long-forgotten grammar and punctuation rules. We try to make sure there’s no dangle in the participle or splice with the comma!

The copywriting team not only scours agents’ copy for minute details and tidies it up, but we write professional bios to tell their story as well. Our copywriters will help agents find the right words to capture their real estate wisdom and personality, based on their answers to a brief questionnaire. Easy enough, right?

The Studio’s copywriting team does its level best to make sure Design Concierge marketing pieces let agents’ expertise shine in the best possible light. In short, agents don’t need to sweat the details — we’ve got it covered!
