A Personal Branding Makeover
One of the hallmarks of highly successful people is that they often seek ways to improve. Top-producing, award-winning Coldwell Banker Realty agent AK Riley did just that. Although the Denver Metro area real estate professional had built a stellar reputation and steady flow of repeat and referral clients, she thought maybe her own personal brand could use a refresh.
AK sought the services of Design Concierge for a complete overhaul of her logo. She was open to ideas but wanted her new look to be identifiable and easy to read. Most importantly, it had to be approachable to all buyers and sellers. So she filled out the Design Concierge questionnaire, a specially created and easy-to-use tool that lets agents describe their personal style – with branding options ranging from traditional to playful and a host of colors, fonts and icons to choose from. AK loved the idea of a stamp look, with a touch of modern farmhouse vibe.
Enter Design Concierge Senior Designer, Michelle Pisowodzki. Michelle scrutinized AK’s logo questionnaire, looking for nuances that could guide her as she sought creative options for AK to consider. Michelle worked her design magic and came up with four options, using a neutral color palette to create a timeless look and a typeface that was clean, authentic and delicate. She wanted the new logo to feel warm and welcoming, just like AK’s personality.
AK loved all the selections and felt they represented the new brand she had envisioned – confident and recognizable but also friendly and memorable. Her new logo graces her business cards, email signature, social media headers, website, property marketing template and brochure – all Design Concierge products. AK was pleased with everything, saying “I’ve gotten so many compliments on the new branding, and it’s making a huge difference in my business already!” New logo = new look. Voilà!
