Meet Our Incredible Team
Alisa Longoria
Senior Designer
A fearless risk taker, Alisa Longoria’s nature is to explore new topics and always keep busy, which is one of the reasons she excels in her role at The Studio. Her specialties include development and implementation of web design mockups, researching UX/UI trends to incorporate into our team’s web projects and redesigning existing web pages. She brings diverse skills to her role, including art direction, photography, campaign and agency experience. Some interesting tidbits: She’s ambidextrous, co-founded a company in the Netherlands, has helped activate early-stage startups and illustrated several children’s books.
Amanda Joy Karney
Project Coordinator
Undaunted by spicy food or marketing project deadlines, Amanda Joy Karney has worn many hats during her tenure with The Studio. Originally a marketing coordinator for local Chicago real estate agents, it wasn’t long before she shifted into a project management role on the Design Concierge team. In her current role, she monitors the flow of each marketing piece while collaborating with the creative team to ensure project deadlines are met. Amanda gets energized by bootcamp workouts, and she adores pasta, potatoes and Mexican food. In the next few years, she is determined to become fluent in Spanish and master an authentic Mexican dish.
Andrea Brito
Graphic Designer
Influenced by many of the arts, Andrea’s design aesthetic is clean and modern. She brings her unique talent to the Creative Studio creating compelling marketing pieces. Andrea enjoys photography, yoga, experiencing foods from around the world and sharing conversations with others on a myriad of topics. Moved by visual design, she also embraces the written word, as noted in her favorite quote by a famous painter: “When I was a child, my mother said to me, ‘If you become a soldier, you’ll be a general. If you become a monk, you’ll end up as the Pope.’ Instead, I became a painter and wound up as Picasso.” (Pablo Picasso)
Carma Stahnke
Copywriter, Design Concierge
Friends describe her as funny, friendly and hardworking, and here at The Studio we’d describe Carma as a treat! After hitting the books in Austria and Germany, “Dr. Stahnke” graduated with her Ph.D. in English and went on to teach at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Carma taught English and German for 14 years before dabbling in freelance copywriting. Ultimately, we’re thrilled that Carma put down her roots at The Studio, where she uses her creative talent and keen eye as part of the Design Concierge team. If you want a lesson in motivation from Carma herself, take heed to her favorite quote: “If you’re going through hell, keep going.”
Carrie Maxwell
Senior Production Designer
Carrie’s wide-ranging artistic and technological talents are a real asset to The Studio. Not only does she create new and maintain existing design elements across a range of digital platforms, she also possesses unmatched expertise in marketing and relationship management tools and coding. Personal and company branding is yet another of Carrie’s specialties as she delivers impactful designs that meet and exceeds the diverse needs of The Studio’s clientele. Funny, loyal and honest, Carrie enjoys reading and going to the beach, and if both of those things happen at the same time, even better!
Danielle Sellers
Senior Production Designer
Danielle’s art degree barely begins to explain her level of talent and dedication. She’s responsible for building a few of the East and West Coast versions of VIEW magazine from front to back and creating advertising templates for The Studio’s Listing Concierge service. She’s organized, detail oriented and likes using her skills to make agents look great. Danielle happily admits there are only a few things she loves as much as her job – bully dog breeds, murder mysteries and her impressive collection of plants.
Dawn Freemore
Project Coordinator
Thanks to her background in sales and marketing, as well as her eight years as an agent, Dawn has a special understanding of what sales associates need – and that includes ensuring agents’ visions are brought to life in a timely manner. By collaborating with agents and designers, Dawn keeps projects and creative teams on track to completion. Outgoing, loyal and friendly, Dawn is often The Studio’s ray of sunshine who helps begin a productive day.
Jena Pirozzolo

Jena is honored to work with her talented team members to craft on-brand pieces for our clients’ products and programs. Her close attention to detail and unique artistic flare are the perfect recipe for memorable design. From thoughtful digital assets to eye-catching flyers, brochures and PowerPoint presentations, she enjoys transforming ideas into brilliant reality. In her spare time, she pairs her love for travel and a sports car obsession with photography expertise to capture amazing destinations and gorgeous vehicles. Jennifer Chiavetta
Art Director
Graphics guru, typography technician and self-proclaimed project mind reader – Jennifer has honed her skills as an art director supreme for more than two decades. She believes in listening carefully, welcoming whirlwinds of creativity and fending off chaos as it comes. Jennifer embraces life and all its surprises. A second-time mom opportunity came along unexpectedly – yet most happily – for Jennifer, her husband and son. Suddenly, their family of three became four and so much more. All the better to share the many delectable treats she creates in the kitchen after binge-watching Food Network cooking shows. How sweet life can be!
Jennifer Schelberger
Senior Project Coordinator
After 20+ years of experience, Jenny’s on a first-name basis with many agents. She understands their wants and needs and how best to serve them on time and within budget. She makes that happen with her exceptional organization, communication and time management skills. Jenny started as a receptionist and worked her way up, learning about advertising, printing and design along the way – there aren’t too many questions she can’t answer. She prides herself on listening to clients and talking them through their questions and concerns. Jenny truly believes that personal connections are the key to success, and she’s proud to be part of a phenomenal project coordination team.
John Costa
Graphic Designer
John’s creative marketing designs help showcase the Coldwell Banker® brand and our agents’ unique real estate talents. Thoughtful and quick to come up with creative ideas, John does whatever it takes to exceed expectations. One of his Coldwell Banker designs received the second place Spinner Award in the 2012 PhotoSpin Design Contest, and we’re thoroughly impressed! John keeps on surprising us: he’s a yodeling fan with an awesome Spotify playlist (and followers numbering in the thousands). It sounds like John has a wide range of interests, all with equally high standards.
Juan Parra
Senior Graphic Designer
Look out for this design guru – as a Senior Art Director for The Studio, Juan tells a story through typography, popping colors and effortless talent to shine a spotlight on the unique personality of a client or brand. When he’s not designing, Juan is a certified typophile, film fanatic and a lover of the two Cs: coffee and cocktails. He’s also a happy family man who brings imagination into everyone’s life, believing “The creative adult is the child who survived.”
Kennedy Kreutz
Account Specialist, Design Concierge
A Studio staple, Kennedy worked with the Listing Concierge team for more than two years before rechanneling her marketing knowledge, business enhancement skills and motivational edge to the Design Concierge team. When helping agents develop their own brand and presence, her friendly and outgoing personality is a great asset – and the life of the party! Along with spending time with friends, Kennedy enjoys designing and perfecting homes she’s created on The Sims 4 with the approval of her feline fur baby Whiskey.
Kimberly Quevedo
Copywriter
Specializing in writing, proofreading and editing, Kimberly regularly delivers interesting and compelling copy that is concise and well organized. Her prolific expertise encompasses a wide variety of styles, platforms and audiences, ranging from social media posts and advertising to interviews, personal branding assets, brochures and editorial features. In her spare time, Kimberly moonlights as a big-time fan of the Marvel Universe and enjoys schooling her two kids on their Nintendo consoles.

She has an extensive background in copywriting, content writing and digital marketing. She’s also developed recipes for a few food and drink companies. Born in Chicago, Michelle now calls Portland, Oregon, home, where she enjoys both staycations and traveling around the Pacific Northwest.

A born problem solver, Michelle understands she will be faced with a variety of design challenges. She likes being able to come up with solutions that are visually interesting and engaging.
Monica Vasquez
Art Director
When not sitting in her art director’s chair creating beautiful imagery for The Creative Studio, Monica heads out on lovely LA weekends with coffee in hand and a discerning eye behind her camera lens to capture spectacular pics to post. She has a keen interest in photography styling that explores food, floral and lifestyle trends. Combine all that with her cheerful disposition and stellar organizational skills, and you get the makings of an outstanding art director ready to visually inspire and excite through exceptional marketing assets for The Studio.

With professional skills bolstered by an MBA and a glass-half-full personality, she is the dedicated, responsible project lead everyone can count on. Regan especially enjoys working with clients on custom brochures, ensuring that unique design elements and engaging content result in beautiful, one-of-a-kind marketing assets. When she’s not cycling on her Peloton or attending a Pure Barre class, Regan can be found reading or riding her beach cruiser.
Sally Wing
Project Coordinator
Maintaining a smooth flow of marketing pieces from the field to our copywriters and designers is both challenging and rewarding. That’s exactly what Sally loves so much about her role as marketing traffic coordinator. Sally brings years of real estate experience to the job and lives by believing in what she’s doing, then executing with precise detail and care for each project. That’s the modus operandi of a marketing coordinator extraordinaire. And it just so happens, that’s exactly how Sally describes herself.
Sara Cassidy
Graphic Designer
Every team needs someone like Sara, a hardworking creative who, in her own words, “Won’t stop until I get it right!” After years of working for an agency in the entertainment industry, Sara joined Design Concierge to produce logos, business cards, personal brochures and more to help agents build their own brand. A passionate introvert, Sara makes the most of her “me time” through exercise and obsessing over any pets she meets – according to her, no one loves animals more than she does!
Sara Hoover
Senior Graphic Designer
Sara imagines graphic design as a puzzle to be assembled until every piece is in the right place, and at The Studio, we know it’s incomplete without Sara at the heart of it all. Sara’s talent effuses throughout all aspects of her work and daily life and benefits her community. She’s created stylish architectural murals at the FirstEnergy Stadium and Cleveland’s Little Italy, and keeps her creative gears turning by ascribing to the quote, “Stay curious.” At home, Sara can’t get enough of her fabulous fur babies, including three dogs, four cats, two guinea pigs and a rabbit.
Stacy Juaire
Media Project Manager
A master of multitasking, Stacy’s marketing, organizational and technology skills are a real asset to The Studio and our clients. From content to design, layout and photography, she makes sure VIEW magazine continues to set the standard for excellence month after month. Stacy also creates digital issues to showcase the magazine online and works with the communication and social media teams to maximize exposure across all major platforms and in targeted newsletters. When Stacy isn’t keeping her team organized and efficient, she enjoys spending time with her three children, painting and drawing.

Where creative energy meets a staunch work ethic, you’ll find Vanessa designing gorgeous custom marketing pieces for agents, such as logos, postcards, flyers, business cards and listing presentations, which she loves working on. She flexes her well-honed InDesign and Illustrator skills daily and loves challenging projects. Vanessa’s greatest source of pride is her trademark go-getter nature and ability to find the best outcome for unique design dilemmas. Even in her “me time,” Vanessa keeps her mind stimulated – she serves as a board member on a communications committee, picks the brain of her graphic designer husband, devours several books every week and obsesses over her two pups!
