The Clients For Life Program was born out of a need for agents to stay top of mind with clients in a personal but not pushy way. Agents wanted a more organic and authentic way to stay in touch with their sphere of influence, which created a really fun challenge for The Studio.

Overview

We designed a series of beautiful, eye-catching client appreciation emails that were branded with the agent’s photo, name and contact information, and then automatically sent to an agent’s contact list after they opted into the program. Each promotion is designed and written by our talented team to grab the clients’ attention. Promotions vary by region and include giveaways, charitable events, sporting event tickets, events at the zoo, movies and more. Agents receive a report each month that tracks open rates, engagements, and gives insights into which contacts were interacting with their content.

Approach

Clients For Life became a huge success, leading to a long-term project for The Studio. Each month, we create several new campaigns to promote regional client appreciation promotions, including eBlasts, social media assets, flyers and websites.

Conclusion

Agents who use Clients For Life to the fullest are often surprised by the immediate response they get from clients and how it creates opportunities for true interaction outside the scope of just a real estate relationship. The best part? The Studio takes care of all the creative and design work.
